Knowing what to eat is important, so also is knowing what not to eat.

Foods Not to Eat:
1) Hot fat luncheon meats
2) Diet sodas
3) Transfats
4) Shellfish
5) Junk Food
6) MSG also in chips
7) Fluoride in the drinking water
8) Many Prescription Drugs i.e. Prozac
9) Artificial Sweetener (use Stevia)
10) Aluminum Salts

Other things to watch out for: Tuna, Pork, foods that are GMO found in most Junk Food!
